　　順逆流糧食烘干機是采用“順流逆流”的組合干燥工藝，并根據糧食受熱溫度實行“分段變溫干燥”的糧食烘干塔，各干燥段之間設計有緩蘇段，“干燥-緩蘇”交替進行。
在頂端的順流干燥段采用較高的熱風溫度使糧食快速升溫，快速蒸發，并帶走大部分表面水分;中間干燥段采用中等熱風溫度脫去大量水分;經過以上干燥段后，糧食籽粒溫度已經升高，所以底部逆流干燥段采用較低溫度即可達到脫去在糧粒內部吸附力較強的水分又避免糧溫升得過高的目的;最后經過冷卻段的充分冷卻，達到安全水分和溫度的出機糧食可以直接入庫儲存。該烘干塔將“順流”、“逆流”干燥工藝優化組合運用，達到最優效果，是我公司的精品糧食烘干塔機型。
