The drier is mainly composed of upper cavity, wind-box, base, fluidized bed plate, etc. The upper cavity and wind-box form upper body, and the base is lower body. The upper and lower bodies are connected by means of flat spring and helical spring. Vibration isolation is realized through rubber buffer between lower body and foundation. Box vibration exciter is mounted on the rear part of wind-box Box vibration exciter produces exciting horizontal force by motor through belt driving, so that the drier vibrates with certain frequency through effect of flat spring. The vertical force combined with the hot air passing through the nozzle board casts the material up, and mike it in the state of fluidization; at the same time the horizontal force transports the material forward at a certain speed, and the meterial will pass the weir and come out from the discarge funnel, and finish the drying. Wind cowls are fully distributed on fluidized bed plate, so as to prevent the product from falling into wind-box at the time of stopping, and horizontal air current is produced to ensure even fluidization of material. The charge level in the drier may be adjusted by overflow weir.

干燥機主要由上腔、風箱、底座、流化床板等組成。上腔和風箱組成上質體,底座為下質體,上、下質體之間通過板彈簧和螺旋彈簧相連,下質體與基礎間通過橡膠緩沖墊隔離振動。風箱后部裝有箱式激振器箱式激振器由電機通過皮帶傳動,產生水平方向激振力,經板彈簧(共振簧)作用,使干燥機以一定的頻率振動,垂直方向的分力與通過噴嘴板的熱空氣一起將噴嘴板上的物料拋起,使物料處于流化狀態,而水平方向的分力使物料以一定速度向前輸送,經溢流堰和出料斗排出,從而完成干燥作業。流化床板上布滿風帽,防止產品在停車時掉入風箱內,并產生水平氣流,確保物料流化均勻。干燥器內料位可由溢流堰調節。
該機具有以下特點:
1.流態化均勻穩定,無死床和吹穿、壁面堆積、溝流、騰涌現象,可獲得均勻的干燥制品
2.本機采用分離拖動方式,運轉平穩,維修方便,噪音低,設備壽命長;
3.可調性好,料層厚度和物料在機內停留時間均可調節
4.避免產品在停車時掉入風箱內,減少產品與干燥器底板接觸和過熱;
5.作業環境清潔,可連續作業;
6.高頻率的振動使熱風分布更均勻,提高了熱風與濕物料的傳熱效率,節能效果好。
