The material is evenly laid on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt is generally driven by a 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, which is moved by the transmission device in the dryer. The dryer consists of several units, each unit is independently circulated by hot air. Part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special exhaust fan. The exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. The hot air is heated from bottom to top or from top to bottom through the covered belt. The process of mass transfer takes away the moisture of the material. The heating source can be used with steam or with gas, fuel hot blast stove, coal-fired hot blast stove and air heat pump. The mesh belt moves slowly, the running speed can be adjusted freely according to the material temperature, and the dried product continuously falls into the receiver. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to user needs, and the number of units can also be selected according to needs.
物料由加料器均勻地鋪在網帶上,網帶一般釆用12-60目不銹鋼絲網,由傳動裝置拖動在干燥機內移動。干燥機由若干單元組成,每一單元熱風獨立循環,部分尾氣由專門排濕風機排出,廢氣由調節閥控制,熱氣由下往上或由上往下穿過鋪滿物料的網帶完成熱量與質量傳遞的進程,帶走物料水份。加熱源可以用蒸汽或用燃氣、燃油熱風爐、燃煤熱風爐、空氣熱泵進行配套使用。網帶緩慢移動,運行速度可根據物料溫度自由調節,干燥后的成品連續落入收料器中。上下循環單元根據用戶需要可靈活配備,單元數量亦可根據需要選取。
