該糧食烘干機是我公司在連續固定式糧食烘干機基礎上,結合我國國情精心設計制造的行走式、高效、節能、無污染,具有世界先進水平的糧食烘干機。采用快速、節能的橫流式烘干工藝,以煤、柴、秸稈、稻殼等生物質作為燃料,自帶的行走裝置,方便空間上位置移動。對于高水分糧食采用二次降水處理,一次降水幅度在7%-8%左右,經過二次循環干燥后,降水量達15%以上,保證對高水分糧食的干燥降水,含水率在20%以下的糧食,可經過一次干燥降水達到要求。這種新型的烘干機既能符合我國現有的熱源政策又符合我國糧食產地的現狀要求,更符合我國廣大農村地區小批量高水份玉米、小麥、大豆、水稻等糧食作物快速烘干的需要。
