噴淋脫硫洗滌單塔采用碳鋼內襯花崗巖,制作成分體模塊結構,現場吊裝組合(或制作成整體鋼制塔內襯花崗巖)噴淋塔內置3級噴淋裝置、2級折流板除霧器、3級反沖洗噴淋裝置,SO,去除效率達90%以上。

脫硫噴淋層設在塔的中上部,吸收塔漿液循環泵對應各自的噴淋層。噴淋層由專業軟件對噴嘴排布進行模擬設計,保證堿液與逆向酸性氣體充分接觸反應,達到凈化效果除霧器安裝在脫硫塔上部,共兩級,用以分離凈煙氣夾帶的霧滴,除霧器出口煙氣中液滴濃度不大于75ng/Nm(干基)。同時配套設置噴淋沖洗裝置,避免煙氣中的細小塵粒粘附、脫硫產物結晶在除霧器上造成系統阻力增加。

大型脫硫塔內部采用內襯鱗片樹脂防腐,經過大量循環水沖刷及酸化后,鱗片樹脂嚴重磨損,大面積腐蝕損壞,導致設備無法正常運行。為確保塔體使用壽命,先清除損壞部分鱗片樹脂,再用凹凸槽花崗巖做整體內襯,中間用耐溫耐磨耐腐蝕膠泥澆注。對于內部的噴淋層及除霧器進行優化設計,采用FP耐溫玻璃鋼材質除霧器,相關支撐梁結構采用316不銹鋼,確保設備正常運行,延長整個塔體使用壽命可達20年以上
