The dust containing gas is introduced from the lower part of the cylinder in a tangential direction and rises in rotation. The dust particles are separated by centrifugal force and thrown to the inner wall of the cylinder. They are absorbed by the water film flowing on the inner wall of the cylinder and discharged through the dust outlet with the water flowing to the bottom cone. The water film is formed by several nozzles arranged on the upper part of the cylinder to spray water to the wall of the cylinder in a tangential direction. The inner wall of the cylinder is always covered with a thin layer of water film which flows downward in rotation, so as to improve the dust removal effect. The wet dust collector has the advantages of simple structure, small metal consumption and water consumption.
水浴除塵器系列/Water bath dust collector series
含塵氣體由筒體下部順切向引入,旋轉上升,塵粒受離心力作用而被分離,拋向筒體內壁,被筒體內壁流動的水膜層所吸附,隨水流到底部錐體,經排塵口卸出。水膜層的形成是由布置在筒體的上部幾個噴嘴、將水順切向噴至器壁。在筒體內壁始終覆蓋一層旋轉向下流動的很薄水膜,達到提高除塵效果的目的。這種濕式除塵器結構簡單,金屬耗量小,耗水量小。
